What is your processing time?

Processing time takes 5-7 business days. Please understand all cups are handmade so we'll try to get to your order as soon as it's received. Processing time also depends on how many orders we have at the moment.

Do you accept returns? 

We currently do not accept any returns/refunds. If you received an order that was damaged, please email us within two business days so we can file a claim and send you a new cup.

We are also not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please contact your local post office to find tracking and submit for a lost item.
